WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY RECORDS OR UNUSED “FAMILY PACK” CREDITS: Dr. Lisa is selling her building, NOT HER PRACTICE. We will retain your records and want to continue to care for you. “Family Pack” credits are good at the new location and don’t expire (any concerns, please ask us).
Our wonderful Dee will be journeying on her own to enjoy gardening, baking and selling her famous cookies and of course, playing pickleball but you’re sure to see her around the neighborhood. We’ve been honored that you have chosen us and would be delighted to have you continue your care with Dr. Lisa as she begins her 34th year in practice.
